Richard cannot drink more than 18 pints in one go. Because of this he decided to open a brewery so that he could hone his drinking skills and his ample paunch. The black and white photograph was taken of Richard three weeks ago. Since the photo was taken, Richard has had the unfortunate luck to grow a large unkempt ginger beard.

Although he has a top degree in metallurgy he could not manage to get a full time job as a cycle-courier in London - He spent too much time in the pub to cycle straight. He decided to become a travel-writer instead which is how he ended up in an Iranian restaurant in West London with the other two reprobates, known as founders, of the Milton Brewery. Needless to say the restaurant did not follow the traditions of the Islamic State and hence was not entirely dry!
